Returns Policy

All sales are final and title of product passes to you upon receipt of product. Return of product may only be made for defective products. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our option. Under no circumstances may a product be returned for full credit.
 

Incompatibility Returns 

If a product is not compatible, you may return the product within 30 days only for an 80% credit of the product purchase price. This credit will not include shipping or handling charges. Any other Return for any reason will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling and Rush Charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
 

Returns Procedure

Products may be returned to our store for repair or replacement in the following manner: Returns to AVG Online Store must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, no returns will be allowed or accepted. Before returning any item, you must contact our Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Software returns will be accepted for refund only if the product is unopened. Software licenses cannot be refunded once they have been electronic generated by the manufacturer. Non-defective physical software that has been opened will not be accepted by AVG Online Store for return. Defective software may be returned for exchange with the same product only. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or full or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a £30 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement.
 

All returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage and sent insured via a courier that issues a tracking number. We will not be responsible for damage caused by shipping.
 

Typographical Errors 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, AVG Online Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AVG Online Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AVG Online Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance Policy 

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. AVG Online Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. AVG Online Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over £2000 must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
 

Payment Methods 

Credit Cards - We accept major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Delta and Switch. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with AVG Online Store. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card company has on file for you. For your protection, we will only ship to the billing address of your credit card. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing your order.
 

AVG Online Store accepts money orders, cashier's cheques, personal cheques, and company cheques in UK Sterling only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's cheque. For personal and company cheques, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. AVG Online Store cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a £25 fee on all returned cheques.
 

Shipping Policy 

AVG Online Store does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. We are not responsible for shipping damage. Any damage claim must be made with shipping company.
 

Shipping Rates & Terms 

Standard Shipping Estimated delivery 3 to 7 days following shipment Hardware, Software, Electronics, and Clearance products usually ship via Parcel Force - tracking information provided when available.
 

We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possibly however it may take 5 business days for your order to be despatched.
 

Note: Please keep in mind that our warehouse does not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
 

Sales Taxes 

AVG Online Store shall automatically charge UK VAT to every order. In the event of a partial refund, the applicable sales tax will also be refunded.
 

If the product is not returned to us with all of the original packaging, it will be sent back to you. All products will be tested upon receipt in our warehouse. If it is determined that the product is in working condition it will be sent back to you.
 

All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number.
 

Manufacturer's Warranty 

All returns and replacements occurring after 30 days from the invoice date must be made directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.
 

Service and Support 

All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. AVG Online Store will provide on-line technical notes on most computer hardware & software products as well as to the technical support departments of the manufacturers.
